Desde 2020 Lamas Hostal es ahora Low Cost Hotel, hemos reducido servicios y nos concentramos en el core business que es el Alojamiento, mantenemos Alimentacion y Bebidas, pero en formato de un Hotel Low Cost. Ubicado en el centro historico y comercial de Arica, a pasos del Hospital Regional Juan Noe y del Paseo Comercial 21 de Mayo, que concentra la mayoria de los Bancos casa de cambios, money exchange, grandes tiendas.Cercano a instituciones publicas, diversas reparticiones municipales y juzgados de policia local, distintos tribunales de justicia, en materias civil, penal y de familia y de la Corte de Apelaciones, Locomocion publica a pasos para Terminales de Buses e Internacional para Peru y Bolivia, el Mall Plaza Arica, Agro, AsoAgro y Asocapec.el mayor centro de abastos agropecuarios de la region y a las Playas. Estamos ubicados sobre 37 msnm metros sobre el nivel del mar, en el area definida como Zona de Seguridad de Tsunamis.
Since 2020 Lamas Hostal is now a Low Cost Hotel, we have reduced services and we concentrate on the core business which is Accommodation, we maintain Food and Beverages, but in the format of a Low Cost Hotel. Located in the historic and commercial center of Arica, steps from the Juan Noé Regional Hospital and the 21 de Mayo Commercial Boulevard, which concentrates most of the exchange banks, money exchanges, department stores. Close to public institutions, various municipal departments and local police courts, different courts of justice, in civil, criminal and family matters and the Court of Appeals, public locomotion steps to Bus Terminals and International for Peru and Bolivia, the Mall Plaza Arica, Agro, AsoAgro and Asocapec, the largest agricultural supply center in the region and to the Beaches. We are located about 37 meters above sea level, in the area defined as the Tsunami Safety Zone.
